IT Desktop Support

My client is seeking to recruit an experienced an IT Desktop support technician to work in their Dublin based offices Duties will include;

•  Data Maintenance and analysis

•  Business reporting

•  First level helpdesk support

Experience;

•  Experience with a CRM application

•  Experience with MS Access 2003/2007

•  Experience with a package that includes document management

•  ACT experience is highly desirable
