Cost & Contract Manager - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced cost & contract manager for our client to join their team located in Saudi Arabia.

Duties/ Responsibilitie

•Your job is to handle the cost management

•directs the preparation of contracts and subcontract for clients and subcontractor

•should be able clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties

•Understand and apply the requirements of FIDIC contract wherever it has to be applied or implimented.

•Assist in the negotiation of contracts with an optimum mix of price and quality

•Assess the quotations submitted and selecting the bidders with which the commercial/financial negotiations may be conducted

• Set targets as to the result to be achieved in price negotiations

Requirements

The successful candidate should have

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying or any relevant degree

• At least 12 years of experience, and 5 years at Cost/Contract Management level.

•Experience with FIDIC contracts

•Previous experience in the Middle East, experience in Saudi Arabia a distinct advantage

•Fluency in Arabic a distinct Advantage

•Experiience in large scale residentail/commercial/hotel projects
