Construction Manager - UAE - Major Hospital Experi

Our client is an engineering and construction consultancy now seeking to recruit a Construction Manager to join their team in the UAE

Requirements for this position:

The successful candidate must have 15-20 years career experience in construction and years at construction manager level.
He/She must have worked on 3-5 major healthcare projects and it is essential that some of these be large hospitals (over 200 beds).
Degree in civil engineering/construction management or similar area;
Middle East experience is essential.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Supervising work of various contractors on a high value hospital project
Reporting to client and project director on progress, potential issues, and suggested improvements to maximize quality and adherence to schedule
Supervising a team of multidisciplinary engineers with responsibilities for various areas - e.g. MEP, structures
Responsible for recording project progress and communicating regularly to the client
