Construction Manager - Saudi Arabia

Our client is one of the largest and most established construction contractors in the Middle East and due to the acquisition of a major contract; they are currently seeking to recruit Construction Managers to join their team in order to build a large university project.

Requirements:

•   Degree Qualified in a relevant field

•   10 + years experience in a contracting environment

•   Construction Management experience

•   Middle East experience is required

•   Degree qualified with strong technical ability or relevant experience

•   Be highly motivated and driven by success

•   Excellent managerial skills including effective delegation skills

•   Effective judgement regarding issues which require problem-solving skills

Duties:

•   Manage a team of construction professionals

•   Keep senior project manager aware of progress of work and any issues which arise

•   Ensure safety and quality of work are top priority on site

•   Seek out continuous improvement initiatives within the construction activities
